Hi. im looking for a large room for rent . I have a small dog so PETS MUST BE ALLOWED!!
I want to live in a place where there is NO drug use and NO heavy drinking , NO drama , and where people respect my things and do not steal from me .
I like to spend time doing art in my room or playing board games , and I am learning to play guitar and also sing karaoke sometimes , so must be ok with me doing that in my room some nights . I do try to keep quiet time from 10/11pm till about 10am tho to respect those that have to work early in the morning and so they can sleep.
Please let me know if there are any places available nearby train stations and stores , thanks Budget $400-$600 including utilities
