Looking for an affordable space with some decent company for this new chapter of my life in BC! I’m a bit of an old soul, go to bed early/ wake up early. I like to keep active, and the outdoors is my happy place. Camping, hiking, beaches, or just stopping at a park and enjoying the fresh air. I’ve been working in construction for 14 years now, mostly on roofs, but have thankfully shifted into more interior work since I arrived so I’m not at the mercy of mother nature so much 😅 I’ve helped previous landlords with some roof/gutter issues in the past and my capabilities extent beyond that if any unexpected problems should arise with the property. References available if needed, other than that I hope to have a chat and see if it would be a good fit!
