Hi, I’m Josh! I’m 26 and work full-time in the financial district at Scotia Plaza. I’m very clean and have a pretty structured routine. I spend most of my week working, lifting weights, and reading. I don’t drink, smoke, or bring chaos into the house, and I like a calm, aesthetically pleasing living space that feels comfortable and welcoming.

Looking for a place with someone who’s mature, considerate, and keeps things tidy. I’m social but also independent, and I’m always respectful of privacy.

I want to secure a place in downtown Toronto by January of 2026, but I can move earlier if possible. I like the Harbourfront and South Core areas in particular, but I’m open to other areas as well.
