Looking to rent a room on June 1 2026

I am looking for someone who would like to live in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment or home, with just one other person (me). Total of two people in the apartment / home. There are more options on the rental market these days than in the past couple years.

My preferred areas are Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby or Coquitlam. I go out of town twice a month for a few days at a time with work, so I am flexible on the location. My budget is flexible depending on circumstances.

I am a Christian though I have often lived successfully with people who were not. In my spare time I enjoy movies, reading, biking and golf. With just two people there should be plenty of privacy, but there is also the opportunity to briefly socialize watching the game etc.

I am also willing to rent a large room, or room & office, in a quiet home / apartment as a normal room mate / shared accommodation type tenant from a landlord.

My current agreement expires on May 31st, so I am looking to start a new rental arrangement after that. (June 1 - 2026)
