Hello! I’m a undergraduate student attending York University. I’m a funny, calm, respective guy. I’m easy to get along with and friendly, but I tend to keep to myself often. You can always rely on me to be cleanly, aware of the noise levels, and attentive to the schedules you operate on. The first priority will be paying rent and utilities, and second, being a cool guy to live with.
