Hello cowichan Valley!

We are Erica (29) and Matteo (37), an Italian couple who recently moved to Vancouver Island where we are looking for a studio/basement around Duncan where we both work. We’re looking for 6 months more or less as we’ll be back in Italy around September.

We are a cheerful,friendly and respectful couple, respectful of other people’s space and privacy, and very clean (we have been living alone for about 10 years). We take care of our rented home as if it were our own, keeping it in the best condition cause we are really really tidy.

We are very quiet people who spend our days at work and our free time watching films, going for walks and cooking something Italian, of course, which we will be happy to share with our landlords/flatmates sometimes!

We are non-smokers and no drugs and we don’t like to have this staff around -sorry. We enjoy meeting new people, that’s why we hope to be good tenants and meet good landlords too! We love animals more than anything else, so we are happy if the landlords have pets.
