Hello Vancouver Island!
We are Erica (29) and Matteo (37), an Italian couple who recently moved to Vancouver Island, where we are looking for a room/studio/basement possiblity in Victoria for 6 months more or less! We are a cheerful,friendly and respectful couple, respectful of other people’s space and privacy, and very clean (we have been living alone for about 10 years). We take care of our rented home as if it were our own, keeping it in the best condition. We are very quiet people who spend our days at work and our free time watching films, going for walks and cooking something Italian, of course, which we will be happy to share with our flatmates sometimes! We are non-smokers. We enjoy meeting new people, that’s why we hope to be good flatmates and meet good flatmates too! We love animals more than anything else, so we are happy if the landlords or other flatmates have pets.
