Hi there, A slightly unique tenant here. We are a separated co-parenting couple who are centering our children by looking for a room we can rent and share one at a time throughout the month. We have an apartment in Bridgeview where our children live and instead of asking them to move back and forth between 2 houses we would like a room where the parent whose not with the kids can stay. We would probably be using it about half the time and it would either mom (36f) or dad (36m) who would be sleeping there on any given day but not both of us. We are separating amicably and just want to prioritize our children. Thank you for reading.
