I’m looking for a private room to rent in Collingwood or Blue Mountain area starting anytime around February 1st, Ideally something downtown, or close to the BLINK bus route.

I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful guy with a stable work routine. I work quite a bit, so I mostly just need a calm place to eat, sleep, and unwind. I’m easy to live with, keep shared areas tidy, and get along well with housemates.

My budget is around $1000 all-inclusive, and I don’t need parking.
