I’m a friendly quiet lady who does not drink or smoke, I also enjoy keeping things calm, clean, plus I video-game when I’m bored. This will be my new adventure the home-away-from-home until I complete my studies. I would love to find a place or a roomie (someone who also shares within the responsibilities of housing, chores, etc..) **Available end of Aug/2026.

I have been a home-owner for years, so not sure about the landlord check but will do my best there. Will be away some weekends as well to travel back home.

I may potentially have visitors now and again but will always have considerations of others.
