Hi, I’m moving from Southern Ontario to the Vancouver area and looking for a place to stay while I get settled. I’m 35, work in security, and live a very quiet lifestyle. I don’t drink, party, or host guests, I’d mostly be using the space to sleep since I’ll spend much of my time with my girlfriend.

I’m respectful, clean, and easy to live with. I don’t know anyone in Vancouver yet, so you can expect me to be low‑key and considerate. I do have a 10‑year‑old neutered male cat who’s calm, well‑behaved, and litter‑trained.

Overall, I’m just looking for a comfortable spot and a straightforward arrangement while I get established in the city.
