Looking for a space that’s quiet from 8:15-5 pm when I work from home.

I’m really looking for someone I can get along with really well. I’d rather take a minute to be sure I’m happy with my new roomie than rush it & regret.

I’m open to a lot of options in the GVA.

I’m very clean but not obsessively tidy. I’d like to live with someone who is willing to work with me to keep our space clean. I’m not overly rigid about it, though.

I’m a big cook & had an arrangement with my last roommate where we grocery shopped/cooked/ate together. I would love to have that again but it’s not a deal breaker.

I’m very extroverted. I don’t have people over often but I do like to host dinners/movie nights sometimes & will have the occasional overnight guest. I’m more likely to go out than I am to have people over, though.

I’m pretty quiet for the most part, when I’m home. I’m big on communication, so if I was having people over I would communicate that in advance.

I’d prefer to find a place with someone after deciding we get on, rather than moving into an existing space.
