I would be great to live with since I am usually quiet and clean. I like to make sure there is open communication, so that everyone in the house is aware to any changes or visitors (which I rarely have). I would like somewhere with good upkeep, lots of natural light (preferred but not a deal breaker) and high ceilings (feels open/spacious). I will be working full time, most days in Richmond Hill and would like to rent close to the area (less than 1 hr. public transport commute). I am not looking to rent rooms in a home shared with a family, unless access to the room and facilities is separate.
