Hi! My name is Tanya, I’m a working professional at UofT and I’m looking to move out of my current rental place at bay and bloor since the landlady is moving back in. I’m looking for an 8 month lease from Jan 2026 to August 2026, with a possibility of extension or moving out, whichever works better for you. I’m looking FEMALE ONLY housing. I work near st george/museum Station so anywhere close by is good. Anywhere along line 1 between st george and bloor station (the U) is good too.

I’m looking for a decent sized room and a private bathroom, but not a deal breaker. I need a lot lot of sunlight so having windows is a must, no dens please. The room should fit atleast a double bed. Ideally I’m looking for a furnished place in a building with atleast a gym.

A bit about me: I’m very easy going, I like to have common places/any shared places quite clean and free of mess. I like to host a board games night on alternate weekends (so ~ once or twice a month) and am very happy if you like to host as well. I sleep late and wake up late for the most part since my hours are flexible but will not be bothered if you wake up early. I’d love to be friends/friendly with my roommates, while respecting both of our need for quiet and downtime. My work is flexible so sometimes I work from home but I do like to be out whenever possible, working from cafes, campus etc.
