I am looking for a self contained ground floor suite with a tub or I am looking for somebody to go halves on renting a house. We can shop together. 1500 each including everything and we have a nice house, just the two of us. two bathrooms. We can partition the house to have our own spaces or share rooms, depending on the outlay of the house perhaps. We would undoubtedly be sharing the kitchen anyway. I am very neat, and a good cook. But only fish as far as meat goes. I eat salmon twice a week. I am moving from Victoria to Kelowna as I have always wanted to live in Kelowna. I am a mobile physiotherapist and a paddle board instructor and sales man and I work for myself and by myself. I have a locker for my boards already established in the downtown area of Kelowna as well as concert tickets in January and February. I like music a lot. I play guitar but would be respectful of any sound issues. I do like to play at night though, and sing. But if that is not possible that is ok. I smoke a bit of weed for pain but would not do so on the property. I am very clean. I have two old cats. I got the cats, she got the house lol. But they are part of the package, two very handsome black cats who I take care of very well. They are indoor but I let them out and supervise them in the yard sometimes lol I prefer basements or ground level as I shadow box a lot which is not friendly if you are on the top floor. I exercise a ton. My hours of work are very sporadic. I am often working from home charting or working on advertising or social media stuff to try to get my paddle board brand some traction. I never have customers, physiotherapy or paddles, to the house. I do home visits for physio, and I will meet customers, usually from facebook marketplace, at an agreed upon place, likely the beach next to the dog beach at the foot of the bridge coming from Vancouver. I picked pears in Kelowna in 1986 lol, and I am finally coming home to Kelowna, my soul city. I do loooove Kelowna. I currently have a glitch on my credit rating that will be cleared up in a month,, transunion has promised me this. I have 34 excellent references on airbnb as I go there all the time to watch rock concerts. And personal rent references, and old work references, as I have been working for myself for long time now. I have to be self employed for health reasons, so I can make my own schedule. I can show you my websites, which need work , but are very functional. I even sold a paddle in Switzerland, lost my shirt on the shipping though lol Oh and I will throw in a free Falcona Longpaddles T shirt. lol Sorry I can’t turn it off, always selling But truthfully you want free lessons from the man with the plan, I got boards galore, plus my super duper Falcona Longpaddle. That su#ker is 13 feet long….WHAT…..yes now you must satisfy your curiosity and go to my website do you see what I did there lol. I am thinking two people paying 1500 each and we can rent a nice house to ourselves, for the long haul maybe. Sharing a house would be cool, especially if you were gone in the day and I could therefore play my 2000 American Made Fender Strat oh can you say butter much. I play it at low volume, I am 57, plus my voice sucks, so i have to play low to hear myself. Fun though. Much fun indeed. ACDC and Rush in 2026 oh my heavens RUSH, back from the abyss, sooooo happy. Female drummer, wow, so kewl. I am also checking out some Baptist churches and looking for opportunities to help out via providing free rentals and lessons for families who might be a little…in between…type thing…and need a little grace….like I am in need of now, with having this credit glitch, but just for a month, as transunion feels very bad and have promised to fix it, right away. Ok you drive a hard bargain sheesh…I will learn a song for you and sing it for you, in it’s entirety, rock, country, rap, name it. I will do it. But make it rock ok, classic rock preferred, Cranberries even, love that singer Dolores. oh my heavens. i would prefer to have my own designated washroom but i am flexible of course. And I need a tub, for my back, a shower will not suffice as I have a bath or two a week for pain management. So let’s get a house, two people, one big house, one excellent idea.
