Kayla Sails

Hi everyone! This is a bit of a unique situation, so I’m hoping to find a housing arrangement that makes sense for it. I’m looking for a consistent place I can use as a weekend base in Okotoks, as my work is located near Spruce Meadows (Equestrian Professional) .

I am located in Medicine Hat, but will be in Calgary for work on weekends and will only be in the city Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (away Monday-Thursday). Since that works out to being around 10 days a month, I’m hoping to find a setup where the pricing reflects the limited use and still feels fair for everyone. I’m open to a few options, including either a private bachelor or 1-bedroom suite, or a private room in a quiet home.

It would primarily be for me, but my partner will sometimes join me on weekends, so I’m looking for a place where that arrangement is okay. A bit about us: I work in the Real Estate Industry in medicine hat, and am a Equestrian Coach operating in calgary. My Partner is a Blue-collar worker. We are both non-smokers, non-drinkers, very clean, quiet, and respectful. We’re low-impact tenants and will be out most of the day on weekends.
