Hello, I am contacting you regarding your listing, as I am very interested. My name is Hugo, I am a 27 year old French guy. Recently hired as a 3D Animator at Icon Creative Studio. I will be working mainly on site from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. I am looking for an apartment for my arrival in Vancouver on January 7. I previously lived near Metrotown for two years and would now like to live closer to downtown. I am a calm, tidy, and respectful person. I can be a bit reserved at first, but I am friendly and easy to get along with once settled. I enjoy cooking, working out, and taking walks along the seawall. It has been some time since I last spoke English on a daily basis, but I understand well and can communicate effectively regarding expectations and daily matters.
