I’m Timothée, a French graduate moving from Bordeaux to Toronto for a 6-month professional internship in film post-production. I will be working on Queen St East and I’m looking for a room starting late December or January 1st.

About my search:

Budget: Up to $1,350 CAD (all inclusive preferred).

Duration: 6 months (until June).

Location: Ideally in Regent Park, Corktown, Distillery District, or Downtown East (to be close to my studio), but I’m open to other areas if they are transit-friendly!

Financials: My stay is fully supported by an official Erasmus Pro grant, ensuring guaranteed and stable income.

A bit about me: I’m a quiet, tidy, and respectful roommate with 2 years of experience in shared housing. When I’m not at the studio editing, you’ll probably find me at the gym or watching a movie. Coming from the French coast (Biarritz), I also love the outdoors and stay active. I value a clean living space and a friendly, chill atmosphere where everyone’s privacy is respected.

What I’m looking for: A private room in a clean apartment/condo. Having access to a gym in the building would be a huge plus! I’m a non-smoker and I don’t have pets.
