I’m looking for room with private bathroom for my 92-year old father. He has a pension so he can pay the monthly rent promptly. I’m his daughter that will be communicating on his behalf and will come often, in case, he gets the room to clean and monitor him. Also, he has a motorized wheelchair which he use only when going out and a walker use inside the house.
