I am a Clean, responsible, and respectful working individual seeking a room to rent. I want to live a minimalist lifestyle and value a tidy, organized living space. I am diligent about cleaning up after myself and always ensure shared spaces are left clean and ready for the next person to use.

I work full-time as a 310T Truck and Coach Technician, often with long shifts, so having a quiet and peaceful home where I can relax and have peace of mind is very important to me.

Due to my tidiness and preference for a clean setup, I like to bring my own furniture, including a mattress, computer desk, and a new bed. All furniture is equipped with anti-slip pads to protect flooring and ensure no damage to the property.

I am also a capable and helpful individual who can assist with general vehicle fixes, lawn care, and snow removal when needed. Simply put, when I am living in a home, I treat it as my own and take pride in contributing positively to the household.

I do not smoke or drink and prefer a substance-free living environment. I also choose not to associate with individuals who use such substances, as I value a calm, healthy, and respectful home atmosphere.

I am looking for a room that includes parking, internet, and utilities, in a clean, quiet, and respectful household.
