Looking for a Roommate & New Friends (Calgary) 🏡😊 Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate (preferred), or a respectful, mature male (preferably gay), to rent an apartment together. I’m also hoping to make some new friends along the way! A little about me:

• Quiet, calm, patient, and respectful of everyone’s personal space.
• I work full-time and have a stable income.
• I’ve been an amateur boxer Rank #1 in Canada for the past 9 years.
• I graduated from the University of Lethbridge.
• I enjoy hiking, boating, road trips, trying new adventures, and I’m definitely a Stampede person.
• I speak a little French.
• I don’t cook, so you probably won’t see me in the kitchen! I usually get my meals delivered. If you enjoy cooking, I wouldn’t mind contributing toward groceries instead of my meal service once in a while. I’m generally a happy and easygoing person. I don’t bring my personal problems into the home, and I believe everyone deserves a peaceful, comfortable place to come back to after work. Looking for someone who is:
• Mature, respectful, and drama-free.
• Clean and cleans up after themselves.
• Respectful of privacy and personal space.
• Looking for a place for 6 months or longer. A few preferences:
• Budget: Around $700
• Preferred areas: Inglewood, Ramsay, Bridgeland, East Village, or anywhere close to downtown (just not in the downtown core).
• Pet-friendly, as long as your pet is friendly with people.
