Hi! I’m 24 and looking for a stable, comfortable home in Vancouver. I live a low-key, easygoing lifestyle, keep shared spaces clean, and respect boundaries and quiet hours. I also don’t smoke or have any pets currently (though I love them!) I’m currently focused on building my online startup business and preparing to start school in the coming months. My income is secure, I’m consistent and responsible with rent, and I’m happy to provide proof of income or references if needed😊 I’m ideally looking for a furnished place, as I moved to Vancouver with minimal belongings.
