Hi! I’m a 24 y/o woman & looking for a safe & stable home in Vancouver (absolutely open to other areas in the GVA though!). I live a low-key, quiet lifestyle, keep shared spaces as well as my own space meticulously clean & am respectful of quiet hours and household responsibilities. I also don’t smoke or have any pets (though I love them!). I’m pretty shy at first when first meeting new people but open up quickly. I’m currently focused on growing my e-commerce business & preparing to start school in the coming months. My income is secure & consistent, I’m always reliable + on-time with rent (& like to pay early) and happy to provide proof of income or references from previous tenancies if needed😊 I’m ideally looking for a furnished place, as I moved to Vancouver with minimal belongings, but it isn’t a necessity. Flexible with lease length and mainly looking for the right fit in a positive, mutually respectful household. Thank you!
