Im looking for a room to rent w/private bathroom, that won’t break my bank. I’m clean, quiet, reliable and respectful, and a bit of a loner. Haha Im looking for Southside, Northside, downtown or Sherwood Park. I am on medical leave right now, but I have a stable income. I have no pets, or children in tow, however I do have two adult kids who reside in BC. Im a HUGE music lover and love my music loud, but not to worry I have many sets of headphones. Not a big drinker or anything, but sometimes I might have a few. Once in awhile I’ll puff the magic dragon, but not often and never inside. I value honesty and integrity and I’m pretty chill.
