The Jist:

• I am a Christian who attends church and is prayerful and peaceful when at home. I am light-hearted, friendly, always quick with a smile and keep a positive outlook on everything. Kindness is key.

The Essentials:

• Non-smoker, non-drinker, non-partier and prefer the same
• I don’t have overnight guests
• I prefer a place without too much noise
• A private bathroom/en suite would be ideal but not a deal breaker
• No allergies/diet/anything-issues or considerations
• I am a minimalist without much to move in (No furni or kitchen-y stuff. I may buy an espresso maker, idk)

• I worked in hospitality for several years, so I am a good steward of other people’s spaces (keeping standards, cleaning practices)
