About me: I’m clean & organized and enjoy good convos. I have a fairly busy schedule between work, fitness, and personal projects, so I tend to keep things quiet at home. I don’t smoke and drink occasionally. I can provide references and proof of stable employment if needed.

Budget: Up to $1,100/month all-in (rent + utilities)
