I’m a very clean and quiet person, have secured income. who loves gardening, being around family and friends, doing diamond art, puzzles, watching my favourite shows and taking care of my father. I’m looking and hoping to share a 2 bedroom apartment in order to get something more affordable and within my price range and bigger than a shoebox! lol I have found that unfortunately there isn’t very many unfurnished places to rent within my budget needs. Realistically together we could potentially get a bigger more affordable place, that’s beautiful and possibly in a secured building. I have partial furnishings - dresser, desk, bedside table available for the 2nd Bedroom if need be. I’m open to further discussions and exploring this potentially great partnership.
