Greetings. My name is Bronson Diamond, 33, male currently looking for a room cheaper than my place now so I can live below my means in order to invest and save. I’m quite clean as I have OCD and I like a tidy environment as it helps with tranquility and work productivity.
I like to work at my desk, exercise and sleep so I’ll be out of your hair most of the time and I rarely use the Kitchen as I eat at work but when I do I clean everything after and limit myself to one dish and one utensil. You’ll find me as a go getter type of guy, always trying to strive toward virtue and optimism. I might talk a lot about any subject or I might be awfully quiet as my mind is analyzing markets or other things related to my business.
I’m currently paying $1150 alone and I want to change things up and go cheaper so I can save money for investments and real estate so I wanna keep a budget of $600-800 but I like that $750 sweet spot, It’s good to meet in the middle so everyone’s happy imo.
