I’m a vegetarian and a non smoker as well. I don’t drink and am strict with my philosophy of not even entertaining intoxicating substances. I’ll be all on my own and have perfect physical and mental health to take care of myself and will not be engaged in any activities that hinders other’s time. As i will require the room for longer duration(preferably throughout my master’s degree), i will also be willing to help my landlord if they call me upon with small daily stuffs as well.
