Hello! I am 24 year old woman currently looking for a room to rent. I am very tidy and clean, I am very respectful of other’s space and belongings, I tend to keep to myself but I am more than happy to make new friends and spend time with my roommates. I am currently unable to work at the moment due to health reasons but I receive a monthly stipend from Alberta Works which I would use to pay for rent, utilities and groceries. I am very reliable when it comes to making payments. I am great with pets of all kinds and sizes, though I do not currently have any of my own. I do have my own furniture for my room but would be fine with a furnished room as well. I am typically rather quiet, so no need to worry about being kept awake. Hoping to find some nice / cool people to room with and hopefully make some new friends on the way :)
