Hello all! I’m searching for a FEMALE roommate for a new build apartment downtown Moncton, Campbell St, for MARCH 1ST.

ABOUT THE UNIT: 2 bed, 2 baths. Its $1750 (split), plus utilities (approx $140 in the winter) and $75/month for underground parking. Its a year lease. On the 4th floor.

I’m looking for someone very specific…

• Clean and tidy. Has desire to clean (vaccum, mop) weekly.
• Ok with me having my boyfriend over, here and there.
• Ok with perfume, I clean with natural products but wear perfume frequently but not intense scent.
• Someone who likes interior contemporary furniture layouts/design.
• Someone who wants a quiet environment!
• Does NOT use incense or strong spices to cook.
• Someone who respects others privacy and belongings.

I’m moving out of my current space due to noise, old building lol. So im looking for a quiet environment with a considerate roommate.
