Hello everybody. I live in London, I have resided at the same place on my own since 2018 after separating from a relationship. My landlord has been the same landlord for 8 years and he is selling his property that I am currently occupying as it is equity for him. We are in great terms and a letter of reference can be provided. I am visually impaired but do well on my own and do not need help. I have glaucoma and I am on two pensions and I can afford the rent as my income is guaranteed. I am looking at any area of the city. I enjoy bodybuilding and personal training. I take vitamins and minerals I get 8 hours of sleep at night. I am disciplined I am structured I am clean I am organized. I have one tattoo on my body it is omen Karma I do my best to remind myself to do good. I am looking for March 1st as my landlord has given me incentive to move out so we don’t have to go through all that tribunal crap and he does not have to serve me in n12 as him and I are close and great friends and he just wants me to have a safe place. Again letter of reference and contact information can be available upon request and I come with cash in hand as long as you come with key in hand.
