Magdalena Reyes

My name is Magdalena. I am a Forestry student, and I am currently in Chile conducting fieldwork for my research. I will be returning to Vancouver in March.

My work and personal interests are deeply connected to agroecology and food sovereignty. In Chile, I have a beautiful garden and a greenhouse that are an important part of my daily life, and something I have always missed while living in Vancouver is the possibility of growing my own plants. For this reason, having access to green space, a garden, or a nature-connected environment would be a big plus for me.
