My absolute priorities are: Location: Exclusively Downtown Core (CityPlace, Liberty Village, King West, Financial District, South Core). Building Amenities: I am a fitness enthusiast. A high-end gym and an indoor pool within the building are non-negotiable “must-haves.” Connectivity: High-speed fibre internet is essential for my work.

About me: I offer maximum peace of mind to any landlord or sub-lessor. I am an extremely reliable, quiet, and non-smoking professional. Having been a tenant for years and a property owner myself of two apartments in France, I treat every place I live in with the utmost respect and care. I am fully move-in ready: I already have my visa, funds, and plane tickets confirmed.
