David Moscoe-Di Felice

Hello, my name is David Moscoe-Di Felice, I’m looking for a place with my two good friends, Jake Poirier and Rody Ispir.

We’ve been living together for 3 years now with another mutual friend, Adam, who has recently moved out to live with their significant other. As such we’re looking to move to a 3 bedroom that’s more suited to our needs and this place looks perfect for us

A little about us: David is a mechanical engineer working at the same company for 4 years now (New School Foods). Outside of work he likes to woodwork and play chess. Jake works in customer service as a high end barista (Neon Commissary) . Outside of work he likes to skateboard and create short films. Rody also works as a high end barista (The Roasted Nut Cafe & Eatery) and outside of work he likes to bake and play video games.

We have good credit (credit scores of 852, 684, and 765 for David, Jake, and Rody, respectively) and an application package ready to go with T4’s, credit reports, pay stubs, letters of employment and landlord references to make the application process as smooth and seamless as possible for you.
