i rented out a place in the sardis area and am looking for someone who would like to move in! it’s me and my boyfriend in a 2 bedroom downstairs sweet where my parents live upstairs. it has a decent sized common area and a great kitchen. i like to watch movies in the living room but im only home at nights as i work 5-6 days a week well still in high school and doing university courses studying to be a paramedic. i like to keep my space decently clean but still look lived in. i have most furniture for the common area. the rent i am looking for, for the room and shared common area is $750.
