Hello,

I am very respectful, friendly, clean, and organized. I am newly single and am looking for my new home. I lived with roommates for many years, and have very good references. I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs, and have no criminal background. I previously studied at 2 major universities, have worked for many years as a waitress and bookkeeper, and am now studying Sales. I am open to having no guests visit me at the residence.

I am looking for a 6 to 12 month lease, with the option for renewal in the future. I would also agree to a month to month agreement.
