Hello,

I am very respectful, friendly, clean, and organized. I am newly single and am looking for my new home. I lived with roommates for many years, and have very good references. I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs, and have no criminal background. I previously studied at 2 major universities, have worked for many years as a waitress and bookkeeper, and am now connected to EmployAbilities. When I am settled, I will be resuming my job training. I am also very open to having no guests visit me at the residence.

I am looking for a 6 month or shorter lease for now, and would most prefer 3 months. I am also open to a renewal in the future.
