Hi! My name is Julien Pieters, I am reaching out to you since I am interested in renting your room. A bit about me, I am a master student at SFU. And work part time during the weekend. I am a quiet and clean person and will be busy with schoolwork and teaching. During my free time, I practice triathlon, especially swimming and running, which I like the most. In In the winter, I like to ski, and play hockey. If possible, I would like to rent the unit starting March 1st. I have a lot of experience in shared housing and have never had any issues with it.
