I’m looking for a room starting March 1st until the end of June - with potential to extend long-term if it’s a great fit. Active lifestyle - love biking, longboarding, or hiking around Vancouver on days off. Find balance of being social/contributing to household community while also respecting everyone’s privacy and quiet time. Non-smoker, no pets(but I’d give a nice belly rub to your cat or dog- don’t worry), reliable with rent, easy-going and drama-free.

What I’m looking for: Room in the $700-1000/month range. Easy commute to Main-Science World area. Max 2 other tenants (prefer smaller, quieter households). Short-term lease until end of June, with possibility to extend if we all vibe well.
