Full-time worker, mostly out for work, looking for a private room with a private washroom (preferred). I drink sometimes, very rarely smoke, and I’m totally cool if roommates drink or smoke — no issues at all. I’m easygoing, open-minded, and enjoy a friendly place with occasional gatherings. Pretty relaxed about everything as long as there’s mutual respect.
