I’m a personable guy who’s mature and self aware.

I sold my home I owned for 12 years and looking for long term options while I forge my new path.

I’ve lived with men and women. I cohabitate well with respectful, good natured people. I’m social, funny and share good advice, when needed. I grew up with a younger sister and single mom, if given the choice I do prefer living with women.

Alternatively, I have zero energy for people with addictions, or who are dramatic or gossipy.

I require a yard and garage with storage for sports equipment and the other general things you accumulate in life.
