I Mind my business, yet I’m social if there’s a good topic out and about with an open ear in the air. It’s all about NRG right. You don’t push growth you water it shine on it, and nature takes it’s course. Or even simple pleasantries I admire -politeness and courteous nature if nothing else, goes a long way for me. I’m quiet for the most part, or maybe, I can easily enjoy silence just as much a great conversation put it that way. I mean everything has it’s place right, and usually suits itself! I enjoy sports and staying fit like running, meditation, some calisthenics definitely on a daily -keep my arms and shoulders like rocks! Squats for my legs etc :) hopefully the books I read turn what’s in my head opposite of rocks. I like to go to bed early so that getting up before the sun rises is naturally “second” nature, come to think of it ! wouldn’t that, just be “my nature??” Anyhow, I don’t know where these terms come from I gotta google that one, right after I get my foot out of my mouth here, but I think I’ll hold it for a sec my hips haven’t felt a good stretch like this in years ;)
Other than that .. My lifestyle correlates between work and self improvement in terms of emotional well-being and health in general. So Basically! #IAM ; Master Of Boredom .. and happily so! Fresh air and a look up @the sky ! and everything’s alright if you think about it, what ever problems you think you have, can’t be THAT big! Tell me know ;) #EASYDOESIT
