Well I am a single male, looking for a furnished or unfurnished room in the Durham Region, Ontario Canada. I don’t have any pets, but don’t mind having them around if need be. I am a non smoker, very friendly, clean and easy to get along with. My lease at my current place is technically up around February 22, 2026 but anything for March 1st is also suitable.
