Hi! I’m Lee SungOh from Korea, 27 years old. I’m looking for a place to move in from Feb 12. I’m planning to stay for at least 6 months, but I was wondering if we could skip a fixed minimum lease term. Even without it, I’m quite sure I’ll be staying for more than 6 months as planned. Just to give you some peace of mind, I’m here on a working holiday and will be looking for a part-time job soon. Even if it takes a while, I have enough savings from my previous job as a graphic designer in Korea to cover over a year’s worth of rent and living expenses. I can guarantee that rent will always be paid on time. Also, I’ve lived on my own for most of my 20s (except for my 2 years of military service), so I’m very used to keeping a home clean and organized.
