Hi, this is Dil. I hope you’re doing well.

I’m currently looking for a room starting March 15. I recently completed my Master’s degree at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Prior to moving to Canada, I lived and worked in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Dubai.

I’m currently working part-time with a Costco franchise, approximately 6 hours per day, 5 days a week. I previously lived in UBC housing for one year and have been at my current residence for another year, so I have a stable rental history.

I’m responsible, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. Please let me know if the room is still available. I’d be happy to provide any additional information.

If possible, I would also appreciate a virtual tour to confirm the current condition of the room and ensure the listing reflects recent photos or videos.
