I am an incoming international student from Thailand. I will be starting my Therapeutic Recreation Diploma at NorQuest College this Fall 2026. I am looking for a long-term stay starting around August 10th. My top priority is a place that is easy to commute to NorQuest College (Downtown) to save travel time. I am a non-smoker, I don’t party, and I value a quiet, tidy environment to focus on my studies and rest .

A little about me: I am a respectful and organized person. I am financially stable and will always pay rent on time. I highly respect personal privacy but am also friendly and easy to get along with.

I am specifically looking to share an apartment with female roommates for my comfort and privacy. However, I am open to a shared house with multiple bedrooms as long as the environment is safe and respectful.

I am also interested to know: Does the rent include utilities (heat, water, electricity,wifi)? Is there in-suite laundry available?
