Je suis à la recherche d’une chambre en colocation, d’une colocation, d’un petit studio ou d’un 3 ½ à Montréal à partir de mars 2027.

💰 Budget maximum : 650–900$/mois (tout inclus de préférence : chauffage, électricité et internet).

• Future étudiante à temps plein en photographie à partir de mai 2027

• 🧹 Propre et organisée, je respecte les espaces communs

• 🐱 J’adore les chats (les animaux sont les bienvenus!)

• 🎶 J’aime la musique et je suis plutôt night owl 🌙

• 🎉 J’aime sortir, voir mes amis et profiter de la vie, mais j’apprécie aussi mes moments seule

• 😄 Sociable, chill, avec un bon sens de l’humour

• 🤝 Je respecte l’intimité et l’espace de mes colocataires

• 🚭 Je préfère un logement sans fumée à l’intérieur

• J’aime un environnement propre, agréable et respectueux

•⚡️ Je suis une personne énergique et j’aime une ambiance fun et chill

• Je suis ouverte à vivre avec des colocataires avec qui il est possible de bien s’entendre et de partager une bonne ambiance

👭 Préférence pour les colocataires : Je préférerais principalement vivre avec des filles. Je suis à la recherche d’une bonne ambiance entre filles, respectueuse, confortable, fun et chill. Je suis également ouverte à certaines autres possibilités selon la situation et le logement.

Je recherche un endroit sécuritaire, propre et agréable, idéalement dans un quartier vivant avec des commerces, épiceries, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants et autres services à proximité.

Je serai étudiante au CFP de Lachine à partir de mai 2027, donc je recherche idéalement un logement avec un accès raisonnable au transport en commun pour me rendre à l’école.

📅 Emménagement souhaité : Mars 2027

📌 Possibilité d’emménager dès février 2027 : Je suis également ouverte à déménager plus tôt, dès février, si je réussis à trouver un emploi à Montréal suffisamment tôt pour me permettre de m’installer plus rapidement.

📆 Durée : Bail de 6 mois ou de 1 an

I’m looking for a private room in a shared apartment, a shared apartment, a small studio, or a 3 ½ apartment in Montréal starting in March 2027.

💰 Maximum budget: $650–$900/month (utilities included preferred: heating, electricity and internet).

👭 Roommate preference: I would preferably like to live with girls. I’m looking for a respectful, comfortable, fun and chill environment with other girls. I’m also open to other possibilities depending on the situation and the housing arrangement.

I’m looking for a safe, clean and comfortable place, ideally in a lively neighborhood with stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants and other services nearby.

I’ll be attending CFP de Lachine as a full-time Photography student starting in May 2027, so I’m ideally looking for a place with reasonable access to public transportation to get to school.

📅 Desired move-in date: March 2027

📌 Possibility of moving in as early as February 2027: I’m also open to moving earlier, starting in February, if I’m able to secure a job in Montréal early enough to make an earlier move possible.

📆 Lease duration: 6-month or 1-year lease
