I am posting on behalf of my son and his 4 friends in their 20s who are looking for a 5-bedroom property to rent from May 1st 2026 to August 31st 2027. All 5 renters are clean and tidy and will take good care of your property.

All renters will work full time during the entire tenancy with stable income from their internships. Their credits scores are between 700 and 820. Their renting budgets are less than 1000 CAD per month per room.

We look for a property with walking distance or a convenient public transit to and from AMD in Markham.
