I’m a Conestoga College student looking for a shared room starting April 1. My budget is around $400 per person (approx. $800 per room if shared). I cook vegetarian food only (no non-veg cooking) and may have eggs occasionally. I prefer a tidy, well-maintained home, ideally newer construction and close to a bus stop or supermarket. I drink occasionally (rarely, socially – beer only). I’m clean, quiet, and respectful.
