Hello. I like to live in a quiet, clean and peaceful environment. I spend most of my time in my room when at home but sometimes come out to common area to mingle. I value privacy and am very thoughtful for my housemates whether they are being disturbed by my activity - thus, I also value someone with similar characteristic.

I am looking for a private room with own washroom or if I have to share the washroom, I prefer to only share with one other female.
