I’m a 33-year-old member of the Canadian Armed Forces in Halifax temporarily for training. I’m quiet, mature, and very respectful of shared spaces. I don’t party, don’t do drugs, and won’t be bringing guests over. My schedule is typically 0630–1700 on weekdays, and I spend most of my time on base, including meals, so I’m mostly just looking for a calm place to relax and sleep after work. I keep common areas tidy, pay rent on time, and value clear communication. Since I’m here for work, my priority is a stable and peaceful living environment. I’m easygoing and low-maintenance, and I’d make a considerate and reliable housemate.
