Hi! I’m a baker planning to work in Winnipeg, and I’m looking for a room starting June 1st. I’m initially looking for a short-term stay (about 2–3 months), but I’m very open to extending the lease if we get along well!

I’d prefer a furnished room with parking and laundry access.

I’m a non-smoker and drug-free, and I value a clean and healthy living environment. I’m very organized. I always stay on top of my dishes and keep shared spaces tidy. I respect personal space but also enjoy a friendly chat now and then. Open and honest communication is important to me to ensure a comfortable living environment for everyone.

Because of my job as a baker, I usually head out very early in the morning or sometimes after midnight for night shifts. However, I’m extremely mindful of noise and will be very quiet to avoid disturbing anyone’s sleep. If you’re looking for a responsible and considerate roommate, I’d love to hear from you!
